Returns

To be eligible for an exchange, your items should be in their original unused state. Items should be undamaged, unworn, with it’s original shoe box and packaging.

Items should be returned within 7 days from when goods are received.

Items that fail to meet the truth standards will not be exchanged and the customer will be liable for the shipping costs to have the items returned to them.

Refunds

We do offer exchanges and refunds.

We deliver anywhere in South Africa using a trusted courier company. Please allow 3-4 working days for delivery.
